Feds have ‘differences’ on Volcker rule: Schapiro

Regulators working on a one-year-old so-called Volcker Rule proposal that would prohibit big banks from trading stocks and derivatives with their own money have some differences of opinion but there isn’t a rift among agencies, Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Schapiro tells reporters.
