Old Line Bank Adds New Talent to Loan Production Offices and Deposit Services
BOWIE, Md., May 13, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Old Line Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:OLBK), the parent company of Old Line Bank, a Maryland chartered commercial bank headquartered in Bowie, Maryland is pleased to announce three new members to its business development team.
Thomas Mee has joined the Bank as a Senior Vice President and Group Leader for their new Montgomery and Howard County Loan Production Offices.
Mee will be responsible for a team of lenders focused on expanding Old Line Bank's penetration into the Montgomery and Howard County, Maryland markets. Mee has served in various commercial real estate banking lending functions in institutions throughout the region, most recently as Senior Vice President, Group Manager of the Maryland/DC Commercial Real Estate Group for EagleBank in Bethesda, Maryland.

Mee, a long time resident of Howard County, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and graduated from the American Banker Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Mee is a member of AOBA (Apartment and Office Buildings Association), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial Properties), and MCBIA (Montgomery County Building Industry Association) and has been active in local Howard County programs most recently with the Howard County Youth Baseball Program.
Kevin M. Frere has joined the Bank as a Senior Vice President for their Calvert and St. Mary's County Loan Production Offices.
Frere will lead a team of lenders focused on expanding commercial business development in Old Line Bank's southern Maryland markets. Frere has served in various commercial lending functions in banking institutions throughout the southern Maryland region, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of County First in La Plata, Maryland.

Frere holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University and graduated from the American Bankers Association's Stonier National Graduate School of Banking. Frere serves as the Chairman of the Calvert County Economic Development Commission and as an Advisor for the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking. He has served as a board member of the Southern Maryland Tri-County Community Action Committee and Southern Maryland Community Network; in addition to serving on various other community organizations.
David Seyler has joined the Bank as a Senior Vice President - Director of Cash Management and Corporate Deposit Services.
Seyler will be responsible for the development, implementation and sales of Old Line Bank's commercial cash management products. These products will focus on servicing small to middle market commercial customers within the Old Line Bank footprint.
Seyler has spent his entire career in the banking industry throughout the local region, most recently as Senior Vice President – Director of Cash Management & Deposit Operations for Carrollton Bank in Columbia, Maryland.

Seyler, a resident of Baltimore, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He served as President of the Baltimore Chapter for the Bank Administration Institute, and President of BANCON, Inc., an organization designed to provide disaster recovery services to member banks in the Baltimore/Washington region. He has also served as a consultant for Junior Achievement.
