Darryl Laws the Managing Director of Jermyn Street Capital Partners, LLC, a family office investment advisor, announces the formation of Jermyn Street Real Estate Partners.
“After a twelve year hiatus from commercial real estate development and asset management via The Laws Company, Ltd. Whose previous financial sponsors included: Independence Bank, Century Federal Savings & Loan, GATX, The Constantine family and the Guinness Trust I have decided that the time is right for us to re-enter the U.S. real estate market focused upon: the development of student housing, port and rail served industrial properties and in making acquisitions of class “C” multi-family properties that can be converted to class “B” properties.”

Lazor, a thirty-eight year commercial and retail real estate development and leasing veteran who has held senior roles with noteworthy developers such as: Edward J.
