Boehner: Bernanke's Fed to Blame for Sell-Off

Speaker John Boehner blames the markets sell-off on the Fed's bond-buying policies, but in a CNBC interview he declines to say whether he thinks Ben Bernanke should remain at the helm once his term ends in January.
