President boasts: Obamacare windfall for millions

President Obama on Thursday will argue that his landmark health-care reform law is moving from being an "abstraction" to a program that delivers benefits to "real people" as he announces rebates to 8.5 million Americans, and $3.4 billion in reduced premiums.
