UPDATE: Humana Posts Rise In Q2 Profit, Lifts Outlook

Humana (NYSE: HUM ) reported an 18% rise in its second-quarter profit. Humana's quarterly net income surged to $420 million, or $2.63 per share, from $356 million, or $2.16 per share, in the year-ago period.
