Universal Truckload Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: UACL ) announced today a public offering of 1,000,000 shares of common stock, of which 975,000 are being offered by a selling stockholder and 25,000 are being offered by the Company. The selling stockholder has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase
