Beth’s Farm Kitchen specializes in delicious, nutritious products made from vegetables and fruits grown in the Northeast. The products are made in small batches in a Columbia County farmhouse in Stuyvesant Falls, New York, by a seasoned crew of jammers and transported by Beth Linskey to New York City Greenmarkets for sale.
The new website features simplified and secure ordering. Shoppers will find the popular Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, Blazing Tomato Chutney, Apple Butter and Mighty Hot Pepper Jelly, plus exotic products like Fiddleheads, Pickled Asparagus and Ramps.
Beth Linskey, who founded the company in 1981 notes: “The Beth’s Farm Kitchen website is our display case for over 40 varieties of jams, preserves, marmalades and spreads, plus 17 varieties of chutneys.
