LifeLock Enters into Technology Services Agreement with CSIdentity Corporation -8K

On January 16, 2014, LifeLock (NYSE: Lock) entered into a Technology Services Agreement with CSIdentity Corporation. The Agreement replaces and supersedes in its entirety that certain Amended and Restated Reseller Agreement dated November 12, 2008, as amended.
