Alcoa Shares Falling in the Pre-Market

Alcoa (NYSE: AA ) shares are dipping this morning as world markets are falling across the board. The company announced after the close on Thursday that it had elected Carol Roberts to its board, increasing its size from 11 to 12, but this doesn't appear to be the catalyst.
