Feds To Add Benefits To Same-sex Couples: Reports

Attorney General Eric Holder was expected to announce Saturday evening that the Justice Department will respect spousal privileges for same-sex couples in court proceedings and award full benefits to same-sex spouses of law enforcement officers, even in states that do not recognize same-sex marriage, according to reports.
