The Mosaic Company Reaches Agreement To Purchase 8.2M Additional Class A Shares

The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS ) has entered into share repurchase agreements with certain Cargill family trusts to purchase approximately 8.2 million shares of Class A stock. The repurchases are included under the $1 billion share repurchase authorization announced February 11, 2014. The transactions are structured in two tranches. The
