On the upside
Cowen & Co. lifted their price target on Plug Power (Nasdaq: PLUG) from $5 to $5.50.
Vimicro International (Nasdaq: VIMC) raised its revenue guidance for the fourth quarter and forecast higher first quarter revenue.
RadNet (Nasdaq: RDNT) swung to a profit for the fourth quarter as revenue rose.
On the downside
Celldex (NYSE: CLDX) widened fourth quarter losses as revenue tumbled.
Nu Skin Enterprises (NYSE: NUS) reported sharply higher fourth quarter earnings and revenue but the company forecast current quarter results that fell short of analyst expectations.
Investors locked in profits on Trina Solar (NYSE: TSL).
In the broad market, declining issues outpaced advancers by a margin of more than 5 to 2 on both the NYSE and on Nasdaq. The broader S&P 500 tumbled 15 points to 1844. Bitcoin climbed $108.21 or 19.59% to $660.68.
