Arcos Dorados Announces Dividend Payment and the Date for the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting

Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYSE:ARCO) (“Arcos Dorados” or the “Company”), Latin America’s largest restaurant chain and the world’s largest McDonald’s franchisee, announced today that the Board of Directors approved a total dividend cash payment of US$50,035,624 for 2014, to be paid in four equal installments of US$12,508,906 each, to shareholders of outstanding Class A and Class B shares. Each dividend payment will amount to approximately US$0,0596 per share, based on the total number of shares outstanding today. The first cash dividend payment will be distributed on April 1, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 26, 2014. Subsequent dividends will be distributed according to the following payment schedule:

As a reference, the Company will hold its Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting in Bogotá, Colombia on April 21, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. (local time), for all shareholders of record on March 19, 2014. Voting material is being distributed accordingly.
