Wood Creek Capital Management, LLC (“Wood Creek”) today announced that its affiliate, GFL Holdings, LLC , has completed the purchase of 100% of the class A common shares in Genesis Funding Limited (“GFL”) from AerCap International Bermuda, Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap”, NYSE: AER).
As part of the agreement, AerCap Ireland Limited continues to act as servicer for the GFL aircraft portfolio.
