Buffett says he abstained from Coca-Cola shareholder vote on executive compensation

(Reuters) - Warren Buffett, chairman of conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway , told CNBC on Wednesday he thinks Coca-Cola's controversial equity compensation plan was excessive, but Berkshire Hathaway abstained in the shareholders vote.
