Monday Sector Laggards: Electric Utilities, Gas Utilities

In trading on Monday, electric utilities shares were relative laggards, up on the day by about 0.1%. Helping drag down the group were shares of ForceField Energy (FNRG), off about 5.2% and shares of Vectren Corp (VVC) off about 2.3% on the day.
