Citi Appointed Depositary Bank for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited’s ADR Program

Citi’s Issuer Services business, acting through Citibank, N.A., has been appointed by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) as the successor depositary bank for its sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program.

ANZ’s ADRs are traded in the United States over-the-counter market under the symbol “ANZBY,” with each ADR representing one ordinary share. ANZ’s ordinary shares are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
