Hershey Declares Quarterly Dividends

The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) today announced quarterly dividends of $0.535 on the Common Stock and $0.486 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable September 15, 2014, to stockholders of record August 25, 2014. It is the 339th consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 120th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
