Donaldson Company Announces Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2014 Conference Call and Webcast

Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), today announced it will host a live Webcast of its fourth quarter fiscal 2014 earnings conference call on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. CT (10:00 a.m. ET). The company will issue a pre-market earnings announcement the same day.

Bill Cook, Chief Executive Officer, Tod Carpenter, Chief Operating Officer, and Jim Shaw, Chief Financial Officer, will recap the fourth quarter results and provide an initial outlook for fiscal 2015.
