Medtronic Opens Hemodialysis Device Factory in Chengdu

The US medical device maker Medtronic officially opened a new manufacturing facility in Chengdu, where the company will produce hemodialysis machines aimed at second and third tier markets. The machines are easier to move around and, with an easy-to-use interface and advanced sensors, they facilitate remote care – even home use.
