Israel's Cellcom net profit rises on cost cuts

JERUSALEM, Aug 11 (Reuters) - Cellcom, Israel's largest mobile phone operator, reported an 18 percent rise in second-quarter net profit, due to cost-cutting aimed at offsetting fierce competition.
