CCAGW PAC Endorses Indiana Congressional Candidates

Today, the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste Political Action Committee (CCAGW PAC) announced its endorsement of three members of the Indiana congressional delegation for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives: Reps. Luke Messer (R), Todd Rokita (R), and Marlin Stutzman (R). CCAGW PAC based its endorsements on each candidate’s score in CCAGW’s 2013 Congressional Ratings. Each of these candidates is a “Taxpayer Hero” with a lifetime rating of 90 percent or greater.

Reps. Rokita and Stutzman each have a score of 93 percent, which is the highest lifetime rating of the Indiana delegation. Rep. Messer has a lifetime rating of 90 percent. If re-elected, Reps. Rokita and Stutzman would be serving their third term, and Rep. Messer would be serving his second.

“The courageous actions of each of these public servants has helped cut wasteful spending, reduce taxes, and make government more accountable and transparent to taxpayers,” said CCAGW PAC Chairman Tom Schatz. “I urge Hoosiers to vote for Reps. Messer, Rokita, and Stutzman on November 4 so they can return to Washington, D.C. and continue to protect the interests of both their constituents and all Americans.”

CCAGW PAC is affiliated with the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste, a 501(c)(4) organization. CCAGW PAC’s mission is to support political candidates who will fight to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in government and represent the best interests of taxpayers.
