Brown-Forman Sales Top Estimate, Affirms Outlook

Brown-Forman Corp. said Wednesday it earned $150 million, or 66 cents a share, in its fiscal first quarter to end July, up from $143 million, or 66 cents a share, in the same period a year ago.
