Pembina buying Vantage pipeline system, Mistral's stake in Saskatchewan plant for $650M

Pembina Pipeline Corp. is buying the Vantage pipeline system and Mistral Midstream Inc.'s interest in the Saskatchewan ethane extraction plant for $650 million.
