Frederick J. Ryan Jr. named as new publisher for Washington Post

Aileen Graef WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 (UPI) -- The Washington Post announced Tuesday they will be replacing Katharine Weymouth and naming Frederick J. Ryan Jr. as the new publisher for the paper.
