CWB to build third Canadian grain elevator

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Canadian grain marketer CWB said on Thursday it will build a third grain elevator on the western Prairies, as the former Wheat Board pieces together a crop-handling network.
