German antitrust body clears Continental takeover of Veyance

FRANKFURT, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Germany's antitrust authority on Friday cleared auto supplier Continental AG's acquisition of Veyance Technologies, a U.S.-based maker of industrial hoses and belting.
