Russia's Transneft says sanctions may delay oil pipelines launch

MOSCOW, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Tuesday Western sanctions on Russia over Ukraine may delay the launch of new oil pipelines in Siberia.
