MOSCOW, Sept 29 (Reuters) - U.S. oil giant ExxonMobil is suspending cooperation with Russia's state-owned company Rosneft on offshore drilling in the Arctic due to sanctions, the daily Kommersant reported on Monday, citing unnamed sources.
