Arcos Dorados Announces Dividend Payment

Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. (NYSE:ARCO) (“Arcos Dorados” or the “Company”), Latin America’s largest restaurant chain and the world’s largest McDonald’s franchisee, today announced the payment of a cash dividend totaling $12.5 million, equivalent to approximately $0.0595 per share of outstanding Class A and Class B shares, in accordance with the Board resolution announced in March 2014. The dividend will be distributed on October 1, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 26, 2014.
