Bakken oil pipeline, Sandpiper, delayed

Daniel J. Graeber HOUSTON, Oct. 1 (UPI) -- The Sandpiper pipeline designed to carry oil from the Bakken reserve area in North Dakota through Minnesota is delayed, Enbridge Energy Partners said.
