Talmage Retains CrossCon Real Assets Capital as Fund Placement Agent

Talmage, LLC, the New York based real estate investment manager today announced that it has retained CrossCon Real Assets Capital as its Placement Agent for its latest institutional investment fund, Talmage Total Return Partners, LLC (the "Fund") that held its first closing in July, 2014 at $100 million. To date, the Fund has made five investments with a face value of $59 million that fulfill the Fund's investment criteria. The Fund will be holding rolling closings through July 2015 and is targeted at a tactical size of $300 million.
