Praesidian Capital Adds Michael Peroni as Principal

Praesidian Capital, a leading provider of senior and subordinated debt for small and mid-sized companies, announced today the addition of Michael Peroni as Principal, effective immediately.

Mr. Peroni joins Praesidian from S.L. Fashions Corp. where he served as Chief Financial Officer and directed financial planning and business operations. He also worked with D.B. Zwirn & Co. as an Associate in asset management, where he managed 20 private corporate investments. Prior to his work there, Mr. Peroni served as Assistant Vice President in the middle market group at Citibank, and also served as an Analyst with JP Morgan Securities and Sands Brothers & Co.

Mr. Peroni earned his BA in economics from Hamilton College and his MBA in Finance at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
