Possibility of delayed rate hike pushes dollar lower

The U.S. Dollar inches lower against its rivals Monday on remarks by U.S. Federal Reserve Vice Chairman Stanley Fischer that delayed growth elsewhere in the world could cause the U.S. Federal Reserve to delay a rate hike.
