Wilsonart International Announces New Leadership

Wilsonart Chief Executive Officer, Tim O’Brien, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey S. Lee to the role of Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Lee will have global responsibility for the finance, accounting, treasury and tax functions.

According to O’Brien, “Jeff is a seasoned financial executive with extensive global and operational experience. His leadership and expertise will complement our executive team as we continue to build a global engineered surfaces business. We look forward to having Jeff on the team and the results he will bring.”

Lee joins Wilsonart from Contech Engineered Solutions, a market leader in the building products industry, where he served as CFO for seven years. Prior to Contech, Lee spent 12 years with Eaton Corporation, a $22B power management company, where he held various domestic and international financial roles of increasing responsibility.

He carries a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, a Master of Business Administration from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business, and is a member of the AICPA, IMA and MAPI.

Lee will join the Austin-based global team on November 10, 2014, and will be relocating to the Austin area.
