Praxair Declares Dividend in Fourth Quarter 2014

The board of directors of Praxair, Inc. (NYSE:PX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 65 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on December 5, 2014.
