Chase Receives J.D. Power’s Top Rank for Small Business Banking in Northeast and West Regions for 2014

Chase ranked highest in customer satisfaction for small business banking in the Northeast and West Regions in the 2014 J.D. Power study released today. For the second year, small businesses in the Western United States ranked Chase highest. In the Midwest and South Regions, Chase ranked second. Overall the bank ranked ahead of America’s 15 largest banks.1

Among thousands of small business respondents, Chase ranked highest in two regions including the:

Northeast – Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont

West – Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming

Chase finished second in two regions including the:

Midwest: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin

South: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
