The Phoenix Companies, Inc. (NYSE:PNX) today announced that its 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be broadcast live on the company’s website, www.phoenixwm.com in the Investor Relations section.

The meeting will take place at the company’s offices at One American Row, Hartford, Conn., on Nov. 20, 2014, beginning at 10 a.m., EST. The record date for determining shareholders eligible to vote at the annual meeting was Sept. 29, 2014.

A replay of the annual meeting will be available on the website beginning later that day and will remain on the site until at least Dec. 4, 2014.
