Burkina Faso names army colonel Zida as prime minister

OUAGADOUGOU (Reuters) - Burkina Faso named Lieutenant Colonel Isaac Zida as prime minister, according to a decree read out on Wednesday by Alain Thierry Ouattara, deputy secretary general of the transitional government.
