FARC peace negotiators say they can't free captured Colombia general

HAVANA (Reuters) - Colombian rebel peace negotiators in Havana cannot order the freedom of an army general captured by their comrades and will defer to the top guerrilla leadership in Colombia, a leader of the negotiating team said on Wednesday.
