Jennifer was the first recipient of the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation outside North America. PCAM® is the pinnacle designation awarded by the Community Association Institute and represents the height of knowledge and expertise for community managers worldwide. James, who also holds a PCAM® designation, has been directly involved with the formation of unique community management governing structures for many of Dubai’s most prestigious developments including the world’s tallest manmade structure as the senior property manager of Burj Khalifa.
