Putnam Investments Receives Fourth Consecutive Total Client Experience Award from DALBAR

For the fourth consecutive year, Putnam Investments has been named the sole recipient of the “Total Client Experience” award from DALBAR Inc., the industry-leading financial services market research and consulting firm. The Total Client Experience award reflects multi-dimensional analysis by DALBAR of customer service that is based on rigorous, systematic and yearlong testing.

Putnam Investments call center personnel achieved a level of excellence for:

  • Immediately engaging customers with a high degree of respect, professionalism and desire to help
  • Being complete and accurate when performing a transaction on behalf of the customer
  • Verifying the identity of customers before discussing any account related activity

The Total Client Experience award follows DALBAR’s honoring of Putnam in December for the 25th consecutive year for overall mutual fund service quality.
