Regulators slap Plains Midstream Canada with pipeline audit

CALGARY, Alberta, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Plains Midstream Canada must hire a third party to audit its pipelines in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, regulators said on Thursday, an order that came after the company failed to comply with previous safety directives.
