Celebrities Add to the Glamour of World Boutique, Hong Kong
Hong Kong, Jan 20, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Hong Kong Fashion Extravaganza 2015 presented by Audi Hong Kong on 19 January, showcased the latest fashion from internationally celebrated designers, including: Hong Kong design duo Eri Chu and Philip Chu; New York-based Loris Diran; Beijing-based Wang Yutao; and Swedish designer Lars Wallin.
The glamorous event was a highlight of World Boutique, Hong Kong which runs until 22 January at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Bold, unique graphics and irregular-cut silhouettes are the hallmark of brothers Philip and Eri Chu's label Ground Zero. New York fashion designer Loris Diran featured his version of modern luxury, focusing on fit, form and fabrication. Beijing's Wang Yutao demonstrated his motto "beauty in simplicity" through his latest collection. Swedish designer Lars Wallin showcased his first ready-to-wear collection and the latest haute couture collection for the first time in Asia at Hong Kong Fashion Extravaganza.
TV star Chris Lai joined top models Jia Jing, Mikki Yao, Ana R., Alice B and Li Dan Ni in the show presenting the designers' latest collections.
More than 1,000 guests attended the show, among them were celebrities Daniel Chan, Edmond Leung, Ivana Wong, William Tang, Henry Lau, Hilary Tsui and Zing.
HKTDC World Boutique, Hong Kong, and HKTDC Hong Kong Fashion Week for Fall/Winter continue through 22 January. The twin fairs feature more than 60 events, including over 30 fashion shows, designers' sharing, trend forecast seminars, and much more.
