Illinois State Police Trooper Doug Balder and Family to Host a Press Conference to Advance Reckless Homicide Charges on Tuesday, January 27 at 10 a.m.

On the one-year anniversary of the death of Illinois Tollway worker Vincenzo Petrella, who was killed by Renato Velasquez in a car crash that also severely injured Illinois State Police Trooper Doug Balder, the Balder family will hold a press conference.
