Aimco Increases Quarterly Common Dividend 8% to $0.28 Per Share

Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The fourth quarter 2014 dividend is payable on February 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2015.
