In trading on Friday, shares of Inland Real Estate Corp's 8.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (IRC. RA) were yielding above the 7.5% mark based on its monthly dividend (annualized to $2.0313), with shares changing hands as low as $27.05 on the day.
