CRH yearly earnings up 11 pct as U.S. recovery gains momentum

DUBLIN, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Earnings at Ireland's CRH rose for the first time in three years in 2014, ahead of its acquisition of assets from rivals that will transform it into the world's third-biggest building materials supplier.
