ECB to Riase Growth Views, Detail Bond-Buying Plan

The European Central bank said on Thursday it will hold its benchmark interest rate steady, and will focus on improved growth prospects as it is expected to unveil some, but not all, of the details of its more than one-trillion euros bond-buying plan.
